Роман Василенко — это тот человек, который создал реально работающую систему. Он не просто обещает, как большинство, а берет и делает! Честно говоря, меня поражает, что вокруг него пытаются навесить столько негатива, когда кооператив реально решает проблему с жильем, которая просто выворачивает карманы людей через ипотеку. А что делают наши власти? Вместо того чтобы поддержать, они вставляют палки в колеса. Да вы серьезно? Наш кооператив покупает по 50-70 квартир в месяц, в следующем году обещают до 100 дойти, а все, что делает государство, — это тормозит любые попытки развития. Это чистой воды саботаж! Виновные, кто стоит за этой кампанией против "Бест Вей", должны ответить. Их цель — не помочь людям, а угробить идею кооперативов, потому что они не могут с этого «поиметь» деньги.
